Who we are

This is the privacy policy for Blue Rose Talent (“we”, “us”, “our”), a creator-owned, female-led talent management agency. We can be reached any time at info@bluerosetalent.com.

We take privacy seriously because of the industry we work in, not in spite of it. Discretion is the baseline of everything we do.

What we collect, and when

We only collect information you choose to give us, through one of three forms:

• Management application: your name or creator name, email, location, the platforms and handles you choose to share, an indication of your following and earnings, and whatever you tell us about your goals.
• Contact form: your name, email, any social handles you add, and your message.
• Waitlist: your name, email and (optionally) your Instagram handle.

If you buy an e-book, your payment is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details. Stripe does, under its own privacy policy.

The site itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on it.

How we use it

We use what you share for one purpose: to respond to you. Applications are read by our management team to decide whether we might be a fit; contact messages are answered; waitlist emails are used only to tell you when the relevant service opens. We never use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell them.

Who can see it

Your submission is seen by our small management team, and it passes through the secure form service that delivers it to us (our website forms are processed by Netlify, whose servers are based in the United States, and the contents are emailed to us). For e-book purchases, Stripe processes the payment. We do not share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Just email info@bluerosetalent.com and we’ll remove them from our records and from the form service, and confirm once it’s done.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you ever feel we’ve mishandled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right, and you also have the right to raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Adults only

This is an 18+ industry and our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date below. Material changes will be made clear here.
