FAQs
Your questions,
answered honestly.
The questions creators ask us most, answered the way we’d answer them on a call. If yours isn’t here, ask us.
I don’t have an OnlyFans yet. Can I still work with you?
Occasionally, but it’s the exception. Most creators we take on are already active on a platform; that’s usually where we can add the most, fastest. Now and then we’ll build a page from scratch with someone where we’re confident we can add value. After all, our founder started exactly there, and a few of our creators reached the top 0.01% from nothing. But that’s rare, and we’ll be straight with you about whether it’s the right move before you commit. If you’re still deciding whether this career is for you at all, our Getting Started e-book is built for that.
How much does OnlyFans management cost?
We work on commission only, a share of your net earnings (what’s left after the platform takes its cut) and nothing else. No retainers, no setup fees, no upfront costs. You’re paid directly by the platform, so your money never passes through us. Your exact split depends on how much you’d like us to take on, and it’s always agreed with you in writing before you sign anything, so you know the precise number up front with nothing hidden and nothing that changes later. And because we only earn when you earn, we’re on the same side as you.
Are there any setup costs?
None to us, ever. There are no sign-up fees, retainers or upfront costs to work with us, and we typically carry the cost of establishing your brand ourselves. The only thing you might spend on early is your own basic equipment, but you’ll never pay us a cent up front. We invest in you first.
Will I still have access to my OnlyFans account?
Of course, it’s your account. We take care of the business and admin side so you’re not buried in it, but you need to keep full access throughout, and there are things we genuinely can’t (and wouldn’t) do without you.
Who owns the content I produce?
You do. You retain full legal ownership of every piece of content you create. Always.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. Most of our creators work under a persona, and you never have to use your real name to build a serious income. Working completely faceless, never showing your face at all, is possible too, but we’ll be honest: it’s much harder to build a serious following that way, and very few make it work. Either way, we’ll help you protect your identity with geo-blocking (so your content is hidden from the regions you choose), watermarking, and a brand built around the level of privacy you want. Internally, your real identity is known only to the few people who need it, and never to other creators or anyone outside the team.
What if I want to leave?
You can leave whenever you like. Our standard contracts are just one month’s notice. Your account stays yours the whole way through, you keep full legal ownership of every piece of content you’ve made, and we have no ongoing claim on your page or your subscribers once you go. You’ll get a plain-English management agreement up front that spells all of this out, and we insist that you read it closely (or have a lawyer look it over).
How will I get paid?
Directly by the platform, into whatever payout arrangement you already have. Your money never passes through us.
How often will I hear from you?
You’ll have 24/7 direct contact with management, not a ticket queue. On top of that, we run scheduled weekly or monthly strategy sessions to review your account and plan what’s next.
Do you only manage OnlyFans, or other platforms too?
We have experience managing multiple paid platforms, including Fansly. Tell us where you are (or where you want to be) and we’ll talk through the right approach.
What do I actually have to do?
You focus on creating. We take care of the business side (strategy, scheduling, editing, growth and protection) and build a working schedule around your goals and your life. We’re your management team, not your employer: you set the boundaries, we make the plan work inside them.
I’ve had a bad experience with an agency before. What makes you different?
We’re creator-owned and female-led, with a track record of growing our clients’ income without compromising their brand or their boundaries. Unlike a lot of agencies, we’re very public and very open about how we do things. We have nothing to hide. Most of our creators come to us by referral from other creators, and in this industry that’s the only review that matters.
How do I know a message is really from you?
Good instinct to check. We’ll never cold-DM you out of the blue trying to sign you, and we’ll never ask you to pay us to join. The only times we ever reach out first are about casting for the show, or a collab with one of our creators. Our only official channels are @bluerosetalent on Instagram and emails from @bluerosetalent.com. If an account claims to be us anywhere else, it isn’t.
I’m interested. What happens now?
Apply through our Work With Us page (or DM us on Instagram). We personally review every application, and if it looks like a fit we’ll arrange a consultation call. No commitment, no pressure, just a real conversation about where you could go.
Still curious about something?
Ask us anything by email, on Instagram, or through the form. And whenever you’re ready for a proper conversation about your career, the application is right here.
