Quinn Everly, Founder
The Story
A decade on the inside.
Quinn Everly didn’t learn this industry from the outside. She built a career in it. She was once headed for medical science, a PhD and a research career, before walking away to back herself instead. Over a decade in, that’s included launching her own OnlyFans page with no existing audience and growing it into the top 0.1% of creators worldwide within six months, through relentless experimentation and a lot of figuring out what actually works.
Along the way she saw how often talented creators were left to do it alone, when what they really needed was someone genuinely in their corner. Not another account manager, but proper management: brand-building, protection, and a team as invested in their success as they are.
So she built it. Quinn founded Blue Rose Talent in 2021, and it’s grown into one of Australia’s biggest names in creator management, going well beyond basic account management, with a hand-picked team of vetted professionals looking after every part of a creator’s career, and the kind of understanding that only comes from having done it yourself.
The story has been told beyond the industry too. “Turned On: Dirty Sexy Money”, the Stan Original reality series, follows Quinn, the agency and our creators.
