Social Media Manager
You’ll own and grow our public social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit, both the agency’s own channels and the public profiles of the creators we represent. You’ll take an idea from rough sketch to a post that lands, then read the numbers so the next one does better.

About Blue Rose Talent
Blue Rose Talent is an Australian-founded, creator-owned and female-led management agency, working with creators worldwide. Quinn Everly founded it in 2021. A top 0.1% creator with a decade inside the industry, she’s built it into one of Australia’s biggest names in creator management. We keep our roster small on purpose, so every creator gets proper, hands-on support, and a close, hand-picked team works behind the scenes to make that possible. What you’ll do
- Own the public social presence of Blue Rose Talent and the creators we represent across Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit
- Shape the strategy (what to post, where and why), then carry it through to finished content
- Plan, write and schedule content with a strong, on-brand voice and a sharp eye for what works on each platform
- Spot trends early and turn them into ideas while they still matter
- Grow public engagement on the agency’s and creators’ open accounts: comments, replies and community on public posts (this role is never about private fan messaging)
- Read the analytics and let them steer what comes next
- Work closely with creators and the wider team so everything stays joined-up and on-brand
What we’re looking for
- A track record of actually growing social accounts, ideally in the creator economy or an agency, though we care more about results than where you got them
- Real fluency across Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit, and a feel for how each one really works
- Strong copywriting and a good eye: you know what makes someone stop scrolling
- Comfort with analytics: you can read what a post is telling you and act on it
- Organised and self-directed, happy owning your work without being chased
- Genuinely comfortable working in the adult-content industry, with the discretion it asks for
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the OnlyFans ecosystem and the wider creator economy
- Design skills (Canva or Adobe) and a hand with short-form video
- Some experience with paid social

It’s about building audiences on the agency’s and our creators’ public social accounts, and it does not involve private or fan messaging on subscription platforms. We’re upfront about that because the line matters, to us and to the creators we look after.
