About Blue Rose Talent
Blue Rose Talent is an Australian-founded, creator-owned and female-led management agency, working with creators worldwide. Quinn Everly founded it in 2021. A top 0.1% creator with a decade inside the industry, she’s built it into one of Australia’s biggest names in creator management. We keep our roster small on purpose, so every creator gets proper, hands-on support, and a close, hand-picked team works behind the scenes to make that possible. The story has been told beyond the industry too, in “Turned On: Dirty Sexy Money”, the Stan Original reality series that follows Quinn, the agency and our creators.
What we tend to look for
People who care about creators, do careful work, and can hold a confidence. Most of the team sits somewhere around social, content, client care or operations, but if you’re brilliant at something we haven’t thought to advertise, tell us anyway. You’ll need to be 18 or over and comfortable working in the adult-content industry, with the discretion it asks for.
