What you’ll do
- Be the day-to-day partner and main point of contact for a roster of creators, and their advocate inside the agency
- Welcome new creators and guide them through a warm, clear onboarding
- Keep their goals and progress in view, and coordinate the team around what each creator wants to achieve
- Solve the day-to-day problems that get in the way of creating, calmly and without fuss
- Hold and uphold boundaries and confidentiality, always, on every side
- Build the kind of trust that makes someone glad you’re in their corner
What we’re looking for
- Experience in account, client or relationship management: looking after people and their goals
- Warm, empathetic communication, and the instinct to listen properly
- Organised and unflappable, able to keep a lot moving without dropping the thread
- Calm under pressure, and steady when things get tricky
- A natural sense of boundaries and when to hold them
- Genuinely comfortable working in the adult-content industry, with the discretion it asks for
Nice to have
- Experience in the creator economy or talent management
- An understanding of how OnlyFans and similar platforms work
- A background in coaching or mentoring
